We set off with the original intention to make it from Kansas City to Indianapolis on our first day, however when Dad told me at Breakfast, "I need to pack", I knew I was setting my sights too high.
We loaded up the rental and headed as far East as we could at 2pm with Dad's expressed policy that we quit driving by 5pm (sigh!).
